2. Products & Artwork

All artworks, prints, designs and products displayed on this Website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue products at any time

  • Limit quantities available for purchase

  • Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

As many artworks are original or limited edition, slight variations may occur. Colours may also vary depending on screen settings.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If an order is placed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and provide a full refund.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete

  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees, including shipping and taxes

You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is completed. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping

Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are provided at checkout.

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal services

  • Couriers

  • Customs clearance

  • External circumstances beyond our control

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees.

6. Returns & Refunds (Australian Consumer Law)

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, refund or repair if a product:

  • Is faulty or defective

  • Is significantly different from the description

  • Does not perform as expected

  • Arrives damaged

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of original artwork and limited edition products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of:

  • The packaging

  • The damaged item

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including but not limited to:

  • Artwork

  • Images

  • Designs

  • Text

  • Graphics

  • Logos

is the intellectual property of Maggi McDonald and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Reproduce

  • Modify

  • Distribute

  • Sell

  • Use for commercial purposes

without prior written permission.

Purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

9. Licensing & Collaborations

All licensing, collaborations and commercial use of artwork must be agreed to in writing.

10. Gift Cards (If Applicable)

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards must be used within any stated expiry period.

11. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access

  • Interfere with Website functionality

  • Upload malicious software

We reserve the right to restrict access to users who breach these terms.
