Thank you for supporting my artwork. Each piece is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely and ready to bring joy to your space.

Processing Time

Please allow 5–7 business days for your artwork to be carefully packed and prepared for shipping. As many pieces are original artworks, extra care is taken to ensure your piece arrives safely.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your artwork’s journey.

Shipping Within Australia

Free shipping is available on all orders within Australia.

Your artwork will be carefully packaged and shipped using a trusted courier or postal service.

International Shipping

International shipping is available worldwide.

• Rolled Canvas Shipping: $100 AUD
  Larger canvas artworks will be carefully removed from the frame and shipped rolled in a protective tube. This is the safest and most cost‑effective way to ship internationally. Your local framer can easily restretch the canvas on arrival.

• Small Original Artwork (Framed/On Frame): $50 AUD
  Smaller original artworks will be shipped on the frame and carefully packaged for protection.

Shipping costs are calculated and applied at checkout.

Packaging

All artworks are carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure they arrive safely. Every order is packed with care and attention.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and courier service. Once shipped, typical delivery estimates are:

• Australia: 2–7 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Please note these are estimates only and may vary due to customs, courier delays or peak periods.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your artwork's journey.

Shipping Damage

While every effort is made to ensure safe delivery, if your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

• The packaging

• The artwork

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
